Description
Presenting our premium range of high-quality real wood veneer sheets, available in oak, red oak, beech, birch, maple, walnut, mahogany, cherry and koto.
The wood veneer sheets are cut to A4 size for ease of use and storage. As they are made of real, untreated wood veneer, the edge can be sanded, oiled, waxed, stained and varnished as desired.
These wood veneer sheets can be used in architecture model making, crafting, marquetry and for small repairs around the house. The variety in species and convenient sizing makes these veneer sheets a solid choice for all projects. They are particularly useful to schools for woodwork classes.
These veneer sheets come in convenient packs of 6 sheets. The wood veneer sheets contained in each pack offer a thickness of 0.5mm sourced from FSC registered forests.

What do you charge for shipping in the UK?
All UK orders over £30.00 will benefit from FREE SHIPPING (subject to our terms).
Shipping fees for orders under £30.00 are charged at a nominal £3.25.
We are also able to offer local order collection from our headquarters in NW London.
Should you require any assistance with shipping or have specific delivery preferences, our team would be happy to advise further.
Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
We are pleased to accept international orders; however, please be aware that additional shipping fees will apply, as follows:

What are veneer sheets used for?
Veneer sheets can be used for craft projects, marquetry, model-making, furniture repair, interior design, professional veneering, i.e. applying to furniture or other surfaces to alter the surface appearance.
How thick are these veneer sheets?
Our veneer sheets tend to average a thickness of 0.5mm per sheet.
Is the veneer natural and untreated?
Our veneer sheets are made from raw, untreated wood, which can be waxed, painted, stained or varnished as desired.
Can I cut veneer sheets into different shapes and sizes?
Yes, our veneer sheets are thin enough to be cut using basic tools such as scissors, a utility knife or veneer saw. However, be cautious, as they can be fragile. Precise and careful cuts should be made on a cutting mat. The veneer should be either taped down or clamped while being cut with a craft knife for the best results.
How do I attach veneer to other surfaces?
Most wood glues are suitable for attaching wood veneer. However, make sure to properly prepare the surface by ensuring both the veneer and the substrate are clean and dry, use clamps or a press and allow sufficient curing time for optimal adhesion.
How should I store the veneer?
Always store veneer in a dry space, laying them flat to avoid bending or cracking. Keep them away from moisture and sunlight, which can cause warping and discoloration. While our veneer sheets come in plastic packaging to protect them from moisture, it is best not to use the packaging for long-term storage.
Are these A4 veneer sheets environmentally friendly?
Our veneer sheets are sourced from FSC-approved suppliers. In general, wood veneers are a more sustainable choice than solid wood, as they use significantly less wood from a tree, while achieving the same appearance as solid wood. Wood veneers are usually made from fast growing trees. In addition, these A4 packs are derived from surplus stock which might otherwise be destroyed.
How are A4 wood veneer sheets made?
Veneer sheets are created by thinly slicing logs using various techniques such as rotary cutting and quarter sawing. The sheets are then dried to remove moisture, flattened and packaged, ready for shipping.
