RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
We are confident our products will be sufficient for your needs. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s), or it didn’t quite meet your requirements, you may return it within 15 days of the goods being received* for a refund or exchange.**
To return your item(s) please kindly adhere to the following steps:
- Email us via [email protected] to inform us of your return, stating your order reference, product being returned, and reason why, as well as your intended shipping method (and any tracking details)
- Please note:
- For product returns which didn’t meet your requirements, please ensure returned items are in an unused condition, with all original packaging and documentation present***
- For product returns due to presumed damage in transit or manufacturing fault, please return ‘as-is’
- Please ensure that items are safely packaged in a padded envelope or parcel and include a covering note so we may identify your order
- We recommend returning via a receipted delivery service, such as Royal Mail signed for service
